ERP Operations Specialist [Israel]

Job Description:

We are looking for a results-oriented ERP specialist to successfully integrate our ERP system. You will be collaborating with senior managers to determine which business processes need optimization, enhancing the performance of our IT systems, and deploying and implementing suitable ERP solutions.

Responsibilities:

Manage ERP Priority implementation process, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation schedules

Work closely with stakeholders and project teams to ensure project objectives and deliverables are clearly defined and achieved

Identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation plans to ensure the successful delivery of the project

Lead the testing, training, and rollout of the new system, ensuring successful adoption and acceptance by end-users

Provide regular project updates and status reports to senior management and stakeholders

Collaborate with IT and other teams to ensure the integration of the Priority ERP systems with other enterprise systems and applications

Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance the effectiveness of the ERP systems

Develop and enhance capabilities to drive strategic decisions driven by data via the implementation of BI tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering Management, Information Technology, or related field

2+ years of experience in project management and implementation of ERP systems, preferably Priority ERP/CRM

Excellent project management skills, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation plans

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and project teams

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience with business process analysis and workflow development

Knowledge of integration with other enterprise systems and applications

Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
